Late getting this posted, but there are a lot of fish out there, the last week (7/21 and 7/25) saw early/quick limits with many doubles as triples. Lots of natives, but a better balance of hatcher and natives than past years. They definitely seem to associate with like kinds, find the hatchery fish and often get several in a row. Red/orange spinfish or superbaits as well as spinners behind 360 flashers seem to be doing just fine, no need to burn through herring yet. Saving thouse for the Fall Chinook Ocean fishery.
